Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Free shipping:

We are offering free shipping for orders above $200 for a limited time. This excludes bulky items such as large filters and substrates. Excludes Northern Territory and parts of Western Australia.

International Shipping:

We are currently only servicing Australia but will be looking into servicing the world sometime soon.

Orders Processing Time:

Expected Delivery Time

  • 1-10 working days (Mon-Fri)
  • For regional areas expect a longer delivery time more likely 5-14 working days.

We dispatch all orders placed before 12 pm (AEST) Monday to Friday.

In-store pickup is available and encouraged as we enjoy face to face interaction with our customers. Please call or email to check stock availability and to arrange to pick up time.

Warranty & Returns:

Although we take great care as not to misrepresent an item and ensure authenticity with an item shipped brand new and undamaged, we do understand that errors can be made and in that rare case returns will be processed accordingly as described below in our return policy.

Warranty on PH Probes:

Probes and Pens (without replaceable probes)

6 months warranty from date of purchase.

Warranty on Lamps/Bulbs:

Lamps & Globes are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase, not from when they are put into use.

Warranty on the rest of the products: 

1 Year by Australian consumer guarantee unless specified otherwise.

Once the order has been received, please check for damages and if it has been damaged through transit, take photos and email our sales team as soon as possible so we can lodge a claim with the carrier before their cut-off time.

Any defective item within the 14 days of receipt can be returned, please call or email us. Returned postage will be partially refunded.

If an item fails after the first 14 days of receipt, please give us a call or email. The customer will have to pay for the cost of shipment back to us. Once the item is received, we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.

Exchanging an item for a different item:

If you wish to exchange an item for another item, it must be returned to us in new, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the item, the exchange item will be shipped out to you. Any additional fees and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

New product returns:

New product returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt and at our discretion. To return an item as new, please call or email us. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue you a refund, minus shipping fees and minus a 15% restocking fee.
